haacon has a streamlined company organisation – but also benefits from flat hierarchies.

Employees have a significant degree of shared responsibility for acting in the correct manner at work.
Key functions such as commercial management, quality assurance, information technology and production management report directly to the company management team.

The three business divisions, industrial lifting equipment, commercial vehicle equipment and lifting systems are autonomous in terms of their operations and location yet make use of a common infrastructure.

The percentage of the employees who have worked for haacon for many years is high (compared to what is typical in the industry). The average period of employment is over 15 years.
